  2. Perform thorough physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care for patients.

  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
  5. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and address complex health issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
  9. Stay up-to-date on best practices and current healthcare trends to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Job Qualifications
  • Must Hold A Current And Active Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner, Preferably In A Primary Care Or House Call Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Ability To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients Of All Ages.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha Guidelines.
