- Provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients in their homes as part of the HouseCalls program.
- Perform thorough physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care for patients.

Must Hold A Current And Active Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner, Preferably In A Primary Care Or House Call Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills And Ability To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients Of All Ages.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha Guidelines.
