Nurse Practitioner House Calls

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at UnitedHealth Group and provide house calls to our patients in the community. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives while working with an innovative and supportive team.The ideal candidate will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of two years of experience in primary care. The Nurse Practitioner must have excellent clinical and communication skills, and possess a strong dedication to providing patient-centered care. Previous experience performing house calls is preferred.This position requires a unique blend of medical expertise, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care and a strong dedication to providing quality healthcare.
