Certified Phlebotomist: A Mobile Phlebotomist At Unitedhealth Group Must Be A Certified Phlebotomist, With A Valid Certification From A Recognized Accreditation Agency Such As The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Or The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
Experience In Mobile Phlebotomy: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Mobile Phlebotomy, With A Proven Track Record Of Performing Successful Blood Draws In A Variety Of Settings Such As Homes, Clinics, And Long-Term Care Facilities.
Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds. They Should Also Have A Compassionate And Empathetic Approach Towards Patient Care.
