- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in urgent situations.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and other organizations to ensure appropriate coverage and resources for patients.
- Participate in regular supervision and attend professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the organization.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Advocate for the mental health needs of patients and promote awareness and education in the community.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Or Marriage And Family Therapy From An Accredited Program.
Active Licensure As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Providing Mental Health Therapy To Individuals, Couples, And Families.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For A Variety Of Mental Health Disorders, Including But Not Limited To Anxiety, Depression, And Trauma.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Maintain Accurate And Timely Clinical Documentation.
