- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vitals, collecting specimens, and preparing exam rooms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals in a clear and respectful manner.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current on medical procedures, equipment, and technology to provide the best possible support to providers.
- Uphold the company's values and mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Attend trainings and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Display a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Basic Healthcare Procedures.
Proficiency In Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems.
