1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vitals, collecting specimens, and preparing exam rooms.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
4. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care.
5. Communicate with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals in a clear and respectful manner.
6. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
7. Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
8. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
9. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
10. Stay current on medical procedures, equipment, and technology to provide the best possible support to providers.
11. Uphold the company's values and mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
13. Attend trainings and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
14. Display a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
