  1. Lead and manage a team of clinical consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and expertise to clients in the healthcare industry, utilizing knowledge of industry trends and best practices to help improve their operations and patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all clinical-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to identify and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs and goals of our clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in the healthcare field, and incorporate this knowledge into the services and recommendations provided to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track the performance of the team and the impact of their work, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and promote a culture of ethical and responsible decision-making within the team.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and strategies focused on improving the overall health and well-being of individuals.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.
  10. Represent UnitedHealth Group and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Current Clinical Licensure (E.g. Rn, Np, Pa) And Experience Providing Direct Patient Care.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Driving Results.
