- Conduct thorough reviews of Utilization Management (UM) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in UM processes.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in UM processes.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize utilization of resources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to UM processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all UM processes and activities.
- Act as a resource and provide guidance to other team members on UM processes.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to streamline and improve UM processes.
- Serve as a liaison between UnitedHealth Group and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring.
- Provide support and education to healthcare providers on UM processes and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of the job.

Valid Lvn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess An Active Lvn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Individual Has The Necessary Education And Training To Perform The Responsibilities Of The Role.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lvn In A Clinical Setting. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation And Understanding Of Patient Care And Clinical Workflows.
Knowledge Of Utilization Management (Um) And Delegation Oversight: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Um Processes And Policies As Well As Experience With Delegation Oversight. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Manage And Oversee The Um Delegation Process.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Lvn, Um Delegation Oversight, The Candidate Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders Including Physicians, Nurses, And Insurance Providers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Be Able To Review And Analyze Data Related To Um And Delegation Oversight. This Will Enable Them To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations To Improve Processes And Outcomes.
