Responsibilities:

  11. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
  13. Adhere to all security and compliance guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of healthcare data.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and support when needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Or Operations Management

  • Knowledge And Experience With Lean Principles, Process Mapping, And Six Sigma Methodologies

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Tools Such As Minitab Or Sas

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
