  9. Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
  10. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Work closely with management to establish goals and objectives for process improvement initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve processes.
  14. Participate in project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to meet changing business needs and support growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making.

  • Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
