Internal Audit Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Internal Audit Analyst to join the UnitedHealth Group team. As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies and procedures, and the accuracy of financial records. You will also be responsible for providing consultation and advice to management and staff on internal control issues.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills and be able to identify opportunities for improvement. You should also have outstanding communication and presentation skills, as you will need to communicate complex audit findings to both internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and prior experience in internal auditing is preferred.
