  1. Greet and welcome patients to the facility with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Utilize sound clinical judgment to assess patients' health needs and provide appropriate care.
  3. Conduct initial intake assessments and document accurate and detailed patient information.
  4. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  7. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and disease management.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  10. Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  11. Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations and company policies.
  12. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
  14. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  15. Handle any patient inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
