  1. Verify insurance coverage for members to ensure they receive the appropriate care and services.
  2. Review and accurately enter insurance information into system databases.
  3. Communicate with insurance companies to confirm benefits and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure insurance information is up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Monitor and track insurance authorizations and requests for additional information.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to members by addressing any insurance-related inquiries or concerns.
  7. Stay current with insurance industry changes and updates to ensure accurate and compliant verification processes.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive member information.
  9. Identify and escalate any issues or concerns with insurance coverage to management.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of insurance verifications and authorizations.
  11. Collaborate with billing department to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
  12. Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and strategies for improving insurance verification processes.
  13. Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  14. Uphold the company's mission and values by promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline insurance verification processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Insurance Verification: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Verification, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures: A Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Eligibility Requirements, Coverage Limitations, And Claim Submission Processes, Is Essential For This Role.
