We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Representative to join the UnitedHealth Group team. Our Healthcare Representatives serve as the primary contact for our members, providing excellent customer service and offering solutions to their questions and concerns. As a Healthcare Representative, you'll provide our members with the best possible support and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. They should also have a great deal of experience in the healthcare field, including knowledge of government programs, insurance plans, and other healthcare-related topics.
