  1. Conduct data analysis and use analytics tools to identify trends and insights in the healthcare industry.
  2. Develop and maintain complex models to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations based on economic and healthcare policy insights to improve business performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and provide recommendations.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current healthcare policies and programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data and support business objectives.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
  12. Continuously assess and improve data analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy policies to ensure the security of sensitive information.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare economics and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
