  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

  9. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts between patients, providers, and insurance companies.
  10. Attend meetings and events to promote awareness and education on healthcare advocacy.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback for enhancing the patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Nursing, Social Work, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Advocacy, Case Management, Or Patient Navigation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems, Insurance, And Government Programs Such As Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advocate For Patients And Collaborate With Healthcare Providers.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently In A Fast-Paced, Field-Based Environment, With Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
