  1. Utilize data analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast key business metrics and identify trends and patterns.
  2. Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to inform forecasting and optimization strategies.
  4. Monitor and track performance against forecasted metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
  5. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and profitability.
  6. Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve business outcomes, such as revenue, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in forecasting and optimization techniques.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and refine forecasting and optimization processes.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all forecasting and optimization activities.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting and optimization methods to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert in forecasting and optimization, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Forecasting, And Optimization.

  • Strong Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
