  9. Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  10. Continuously update and expand knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Identify potential issues and address them promptly to ensure timely and accurate financial clearance.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings and providing suggestions for process improvement.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend training sessions and continuously improve skills and knowledge related to the job.

Job Qualifications
