- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success in utilizing our health care solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote UnitedHealth Group’s services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed revenue and retention targets.
- Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure overall success of the team and company.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Products And Services, As Well As Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations.
