  1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Epic system to design and implement efficient and effective professional billing workflows for UnitedHealth Group.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to professional billing.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex data to make strategic recommendations for improving the billing process.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all professional billing processes and procedures.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members and end users.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in professional billing to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Lead and participate in training sessions for end users on new or updated professional billing processes and systems.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues related to professional billing.
  10. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all professional billing activities.

  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the professional billing process to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience With Epic Professional Billing Module, Including Implementation And Optimization

  • Epic Professional Billing Certification Or Equivalent Experience

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Processes And Regulations

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions Within The Epic System.
