  2. Utilize expertise in Epic software to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy in professional billing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and to communicate updates and changes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in professional billing to inform and guide decision-making.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of all billing processes and systems.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to professional billing technology and processes.
  7. Train and educate team members on new processes and system updates to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  8. Maintain documentation of all processes and procedures related to professional billing technology.
  9. Communicate with healthcare providers to understand their needs and gather feedback on how to improve billing processes.
  10. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for further improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Epic Professional Billing Implementation And Support.

  • Epic Professional Billing Certification Required.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management And Billing Processes.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
