UnitedHealth Group is seeking a skilled Epic MyChart Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the MyChart platform to enhance user experience and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epic MyChart functionality and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze user needs and requirements, and provide recommendations for optimizing the MyChart platform.
  2. Utilize your expert knowledge of Epic MyChart functionality to design, build, and test enhancements and updates to the platform.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in MyChart software to continuously improve the platform and drive successful implementations.
  4. Work closely with end-users, providing training and support to ensure smooth and effective use of the MyChart platform.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues with the MyChart platform, working with IT teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for MyChart users, ensuring they have the necessary resources to utilize the platform effectively.
  7. Collaborate with other analysts and teams to ensure seamless integration of MyChart with other systems and applications.
  8. Monitor and analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the platform.
  9. Attend regular team meetings and actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes related to MyChart optimization and implementation.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations when handling patient data and information.
  11. Stay informed on healthcare industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing UnitedHealth Group and promoting the company's mission and values.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for Epic MyChart, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to MyChart optimization and implementation, and work to mitigate them.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to MyChart to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Epic Mychart Implementation And Support.

  • Epic Mychart Certification Or Proficiency In Other Epic Modules.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve System Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
