Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Epic Ancillary Applications Within A Healthcare Setting.
Certification In Epic Cadence, Prelude, Or Resolute Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Ancillary Workflows And Processes, Including Revenue Cycle Management And Billing.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Successful Implementation Of New Systems And Processes.
