
Epic Ancillary Manager

- Lead the implementation and optimization of ancillary systems within the organization, with a focus on Epic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance the quality of care for our members.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ancillary system implementations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ancillary systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Epic ancillary systems, providing guidance and support to team members and end-users.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for ancillary systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Epic and other ancillary systems, and make recommendations for their integration into our organization.
- Lead training and education initiatives for end-users on new and existing ancillary systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of ancillary systems.
- Work with compliance and security teams to ensure all ancillary systems are in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for ancillary systems.
- Manage a team of Epic ancillary system analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure successful system implementation and optimization.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track and measure the performance of ancillary systems.
- Utilize project management methodology to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization through the use of ancillary systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Experience With Epic Software, Including Implementation And Optimization.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Customer Service And Meeting Organizational Goals.
