- Oversee all aspects of real estate operations for UnitedHealth Group's pharmacy division.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate portfolio management.
- Manage financial resources and budget for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate real estate opportunities.
- Negotiate leases, acquisitions, and other real estate transactions.
- Analyze market trends and conduct site evaluations to determine optimal locations for pharmacies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on real estate initiatives and progress.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to achieve department goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track real estate performance and provide insights for decision making.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for real estate projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve real estate operations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of real estate projects.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group in a professional and positive manner in all real estate dealings.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Real Estate And Property Management, With Experience In Negotiating Leases And Managing Large Real Estate Portfolios.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Specifically In The Pharmacy Sector, Including Regulatory Requirements And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Optimize Real Estate Operations And Drive Cost Savings.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
