- Utilize expertise in actuarial and underwriting systems to drive innovation and support the company's mission.
- Develop and maintain actuarial and underwriting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on actuarial and underwriting systems and processes.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all actuarial and underwriting systems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on actuarial and underwriting systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Or Underwriting Systems At A Healthcare Or Insurance Company.
Strong Understanding Of Actuarial And Underwriting Principles, Including Risk Assessment And Pricing.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Sql, Sas, And Excel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
