Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Cloud Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Concepts And Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud
Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Cloud Infrastructure And Applications
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
