- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reviews and recommendations.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations in handling sensitive member information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on policies, procedures, and updates in the healthcare industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for other team members.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Coding, And Reimbursement Processes.
Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Review And Interpret Complex Medical Records And Data.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.
