Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Managed Care Or Health Insurance Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Coding Systems (Icd-10, Cpt, Hcpcs) And Their Application In Claims Processing And Clinical Review.
Proven Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Medical Data, Including Laboratory Results, Imaging Studies, And Medical Records.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Providers And Other Team Members To Ensure Accurate And Timely Clinical Reviews.
