Current Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Educational And Training Requirements To Practice As A Licensed Practical Nurse.
Knowledge Of Clinical Letter Review Process: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Clinical Letter Review Process, Including The Ability To Review Medical Records And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Errors.
Experience In Medical Coding And Billing: A Strong Background In Medical Coding And Billing Is Essential For This Role, As The Lpn Will Be Responsible For Reviewing And Verifying The Accuracy Of Medical Codes And Charges.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Clinical Letter Review Lpn, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Healthcare Providers And Insurance Companies To Resolve Any Issues Or Discrepancies. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Therefore Essential.
