- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure that all patients are receiving timely and high-quality care.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare services to patients.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, including expenses, revenue, and supplies.
- Handle patient and staff complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on clinic operations and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve clinic operations and patient care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and laws.
- Act as a liaison between the clinic and other departments within the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Management
