- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding EHR technology, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of EHR technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and usage of EHR technology among clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to EHR technology, and share knowledge with clients.
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing EHR technology.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients on how to effectively use EHR technology.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client satisfaction and usage of EHR technology to leadership.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality service and support for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities and expand client base.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of UnitedHealth Group's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group at industry conferences and events to showcase our EHR technology and build relationships with potential clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Experience Working With Various Ehr Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Client Issues And Delivering High Levels Of Client Satisfaction.
