- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our EHR solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our EHR solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Create and maintain client success plans, identifying key objectives and strategies for achieving them.
- Analyze client data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
- Lead and guide a team of client success managers to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting client needs.
- Develop and present reports and presentations to showcase the success of our EHR solutions for clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and drive efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our EHR solutions and industry standards to effectively communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Stay organized and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group and our EHR solutions at industry events and conferences to showcase our capabilities and build relationships with potential clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Their Implementation Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Client Issues And Concerns In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
