  1. Investigate and process healthcare claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims and issues.
  3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, providers, and members to gather necessary information and provide updates on claims status.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling claims and maintaining confidentiality.
  6. Use critical thinking skills to review and analyze claims for potential fraud or abuse.
  7. Meet individual and team productivity and accuracy goals.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
  9. Continuously develop knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to accurately process claims.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Identify and escalate trends in claims processing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to claims processing.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Support the company's mission to improve the health and well-being of our members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Finance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Processing Or Customer Service In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Customers And Colleagues.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Claims Processing Software Or Systems.
