
CDI Transformation Liaison
We are looking for an experienced and motivated CDI Transformation Liaison to join the UnitedHealth Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving change and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The CDI Transformation Liaison will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation in support of optimal patient care and reimbursement.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of clinical documentation requirements, processes and data flows, as well as experience working with stakeholders in both clinical and administrative settings. A successful CDI Transformation Liaison must also be an effective communicator, able to engage and motivate stakeholders to ensure successful transformation.
