  1. Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.
  2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, and medication management.
  3. Build trusting and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
  4. Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  5. Act as a liaison between clients and their families, communicating any changes or concerns to appropriate parties.
  6. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and/or family members.
  7. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate parties.
  8. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
  10. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Attend training and educational sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for clients.
  13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Treat clients and their families with respect, dignity, and compassion.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working As A Caregiver, Preferably In A Home Care Or Assisted Living Setting.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required; Additional Training Or Certification In Caregiving Or Healthcare Field Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Families, And Healthcare Teams.

  • Proven Ability To Provide Compassionate And Attentive Care, With A Strong Understanding Of Elderly And Disabled Individuals' Needs.

  • Demonstrated Reliability And Dependability In Previous Caregiving Roles, With A Commitment To Maintaining Confidentiality And Respecting Clients' Privacy And Dignity.
