Business Systems Analyst

Solicit, review, and analyze business support requirements. Write business and technical requirements, while communicating/validating with stakeholders. Validate the solution meets business needs. Apply technology to enable business solutions. Drive reliability, stability, and availability into systems across the Optum Care landscape. You will be involved in platform design discussion with all development and engineering teams to provide the operational insight and manage the proper technology. You will be implementing solutions to continuously improve operational stability and availability of the Optum Care application landscape. You will closely partner with engineering and technical support teams to drive resolution of critical issues, RCA and remediation activity of systemic problems or critical issues.
