Strong Technical Skills: A Bi & Analytics Engineer At Unitedhealth Group Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Visualization Tools. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.
Experience With Bi Tools: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Popular Bi Tools, Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Microstrategy. They Should Be Able To Design And Develop Interactive Dashboards And Reports To Meet Business Needs.
Data Modeling Expertise: The Role Requires Strong Data Modeling Skills, Including The Ability To Design And Implement Data Models To Support Reporting And Analytics. Knowledge Of Dimensional Modeling, Data Normalization, And Data Warehousing Concepts Is Essential.
