  1. Develop and maintain data analytics solutions that support business objectives and drive strategic decision making.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to design, build, and maintain data models, databases, and data pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement effective data solutions.
  4. Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends.
  5. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness.
  6. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for data and analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular audits of data systems and processes to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our organization.
  11. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines while managing competing priorities and changing requirements.
  13. Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, And Etl Processes.

  • Proficient In Sql And Experience With One Or More Programming Languages Such As Python Or R.

  • Experience With Bi And Analytics Tools Such As Tableau, Powerbi, Or Qlikview.
