  1. Develop and maintain data-driven solutions: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions to support business needs and drive strategic decision making.
  2. Analyze and interpret data: You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to support business initiatives and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Identify data trends and patterns: You will use your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by performing data validation and implementing quality checks.
  6. Develop and maintain data pipelines: You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or other data repositories.
  7. Stay updated with emerging technologies: You will stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data-driven capabilities.
  8. Document processes and procedures: You will document processes and procedures related to data engineering, analytics, and reporting to ensure consistency and scalability.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues: You will be responsible for troubleshooting data issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of data-driven solutions.
  10. Collaborate on data governance initiatives: You will work with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and policies.
  11. Continuously improve data processes and systems: You will continuously evaluate and improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Communicate insights and findings: You will effectively communicate insights and findings to various stakeholders, including business leaders, to drive data-informed decision making.
  13. Mentor and train team members: You will mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data engineering

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Mining Techniques And Statistical Analysis.

  • Ability To Design And Implement Complex Data Models And Reporting Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
