Job Description
  • Monitors the daily Production Support schedule, and performs scheduled processes
  • Performs processes
  • Transfers files
  • Distributes daily reports and information
  • Reports problems with the schedule, processes, and tasks
  • Receives guidance from: Supervisor Production Support Technician, Production Support Analysts, IT Manager, Production Support
  • Backups other Production Support Technicians as needed (will need to fill in for others during vacations, special projects, etc
  • Data/Report Processing
  • Report Turnovers
  • Monitor Automated processes
  • Monitor service nowk/PHN.PS mailbox for ADHOC requests
  • Monitor Active Batch(scheduling system) (all day event)

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years Production Support experience

  • Previous insurance or healthcare background

  • Familiarity with PHN’s operating systems
