  1. Coordinate patient care services and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
  3. Provide support to healthcare providers by scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  4. Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure a seamless and efficient patient care process.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information and records.
  6. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  7. Educate patients on their healthcare options and assist with any questions or concerns.
  8. Follow up with patients to ensure they are receiving necessary care and services.
  9. Monitor and track patient progress and communicate any concerns to healthcare providers.
  10. Stay current with industry changes and advancements in healthcare to provide the best possible care to patients.
  11. Handle inquiries and complaints from patients and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
