  3. Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of patient appointments and follow-up care.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
  6. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
  7. Educate patients on their healthcare options and assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
  8. Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and seek ways to improve the patient experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, and implement them as necessary.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Patient Care Coordination Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Insurance Companies.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
