Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Tools Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Excel, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Budgeting Processes.
