  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for employee benefit programs in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure benefit offerings remain competitive and attractive to current and potential employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefit initiatives, such as wellness programs or flexible work arrangements.
  4. Create and manage budgets for benefit programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing benefit programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
  7. Communicate benefit offerings and changes to employees through various channels, such as presentations, emails, and company intranet.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with benefit providers to negotiate competitive rates and services.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on all benefit programs and provide guidance and support to HR and management.
  10. Monitor and analyze benefit utilization data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
  11. Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee benefits to continuously enhance the company's offerings.
  13. Provide training and guidance to HR and management on benefit policies and procedures.
  14. Lead and manage a team of benefit specialists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefit programs.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values through all aspects of benefit program management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefit Strategy Development And Implementation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employee Benefits Laws And Regulations, Including Aca And Erisa.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Present Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Benefit Strategists.
