Job Description

  1. Develop and implement training programs for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to members.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate APCs on best practices, new medical guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create training materials and resources for APCs.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Serve as a mentor and coach to APCs, providing support and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare to ensure training materials and programs are relevant and up-to-date.
  7. Communicate with APCs to assess their training needs and provide ongoing support and resources.
  8. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development among APCs.
  9. Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training activities and evaluate the impact of training on APC performance and patient outcomes.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for APCs, providing guidance and support on complex cases.
  12. Represent the company at external events and conferences to share best practices and promote the company's commitment to excellence in healthcare.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and effective training program for APCs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the APC training program to meet the changing needs of the company and industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience As A Clinical Educator In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Advanced Practice Clinicians (Apcs) Such As Nurse Practitioners Or Physician Assistants.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field, With A Focus On Education Or Leadership Preferred.

  • Current, Active State License As A Registered Nurse (Rn) Or Advanced Practice Clinician (Apc).

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Specifically Those Related To Apcs.

  • Ability To Develop And Deliver Effective Educational Programs And Materials For Apcs, Utilizing Various Teaching Methodologies And Technology Platforms.
