- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide strategic recommendations for improving performance.
- Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to uncover opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and continuously seek out opportunities for process and tool improvements.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or Economics.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Predictive Modeling, And/Or Statistical Programming.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Data.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, And Python.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
