  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive AI modernization strategy to drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare delivery.
  2. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI integration and develop solutions to enhance the quality and affordability of healthcare.
  4. Provide guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of AI projects.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into our processes.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to challenge the status quo and explore new ways to leverage AI in our operations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the AI transformation process.
  8. Monitor the progress of AI projects, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  9. Train and mentor team members on AI modernization techniques and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on AI modernization, providing guidance and support to leadership and other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Ai Modernization Projects, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Ai Technologies, Including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Cognitive Computing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Ai Transformation Initiatives, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies, Managing Budgets, And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
