  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  4. Utilize programming languages and tools to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  5. Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues and provide timely resolutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  8. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Work closely with actuaries to support their data needs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  10. Maintain documentation and adhere to data governance policies and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new data models and algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy of actuarial processes.
  13. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Support and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Actuarial Concepts And Experience Working With Actuarial Data.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Ability To Design And Develop Data Pipelines And Data Warehouses To Support Actuarial Analysis And Reporting.
