This position in UHC Accounting will produce and review payments related to various Value Based Contracting Incentive programs. The position maintains general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports, prepare journal entries and review accounting classifications. Performs account reconciliations and performs flux analysis. Assists in designing and implementing process improvements and controls. Prepares internal and external audit support documentation. Produces, reviews and analyzes provider incentive program payments and related reporting requirements. Develops innovative approaches for continued improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
