  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Support Account Managers in managing client accounts, including assisting with contract renewals, negotiating pricing, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including communication logs and account information.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on UnitedHealth Group’s products and services, providing clients with in-depth knowledge and support.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels, and address any concerns or feedback.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the account management team.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge.
