- Support Account Managers in managing client accounts, including assisting with contract renewals, negotiating pricing, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including communication logs and account information.
- Act as a subject matter expert on UnitedHealth Group’s products and services, providing clients with in-depth knowledge and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the account management team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge.
